We Have the Power

Hermanas at the Visitors' Center

"Happiness Moments"

--When we were eating with a member, we were listening to piano guys. But randomly the song would change and we had no idea what was going on and finally decided to turn it off....Turns out her son has a control to the tv as well, and was upstairs trying to freak us out. It worked.

--We went to a "going away party" of a missionary couple and as the Elder was giving his testimony his phone rang... instead of turning off his phone, HE ANSWERED IT. HAHAHA

--A recent convert gave the lid of a tuna can as if it were a mirror as a gift to a couple of other hermanas and told them to look into the "mirror" and to ask the mirror which Elder was the best looking hahaha.

--Companion exchanges with Hnas Diaz and Ramirez!!! During the companion exchanges Hna Diaz and I received a phone call that her mother had decided to get baptized!!!!!!!
--We received special changes and now we are in Impulsora!!! The Lord is always keeping us on our toes. :)

Last night there was a ward family night that we decided to go to so that we could get to know some of the members. While we were there we watched a couple videos of the apostles sharing words of wisdom and there was one phrase that I loved.

President Monson said: "If we don't do something today, there will be nothing to remember tomorrow."

Today is the day to act. Right now is the time to live.

My darling little sister shared a couple of quotes with me today as well that I want to share with you all!!

"Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remembers to turn on the light."

We turn on the light by doing the little things that give us strength to keep going every day.

"Your future is created by what you do today."

"We do not need magic to transform the world, we carry all the power we need inside ourselves already."
When we ask, the Lord always gives us the strength to get through anything and everything.

Alma 26:12 Yea, I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever.

Have an outstanding week!!!
